Customer Service Assistant

• Graduate or equivalent with relevant BPO experience
• 2 years contact center experience (voice/chat/email)
• Excellent English language proficiency
• Logistics service industry exposure preferred

(Customer service, Sales and Retention, Membership and loyalty programs, Package/shipment location,
Tracking services, Concierge services, Corporate travel desk, Live chat, Email support, SMS support, Mobile
app support, Social media support)

• Professionalism and customer service excellence

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
