Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Bahawalpur District for a Customer Service Assistant. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and providing top-tier support during interactions. Daily activities include responding to customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall service experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to foster positive relationships
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in common customer support tools and software is an advantage
