Customer Service Assistant - Design

Handles customer queries, sales conversations, and design guidance across WhatsApp, calls, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers on product selection, styling, sizing, and coordination.
• Convert inquiries into sales without being pushy.
• Maintain brand tone: premium, warm, and confident.
• Coordinate with operations for order status and timelines.

Must-Haves

• Interior design / décor understanding (formal or practical).
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Sales mindset with aesthetic sensitivity.
• Calm, classy, solution-oriented approach.

Bonus

• Experience handling high-value or luxury customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
