Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for assisting customers. You will be responsible for interacting with customers via our website, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to provide product information, support with orders, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who wish to build a career in customer service, e-commerce, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers visiting our website and assist them with product selection and order placement.
• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, live chat, and email promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
• Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and marketing for smooth order processing.
• Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Learn and stay updated about new products, offers, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or online sales (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or live chat platforms (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the e-commerce industry.
