Customer Service Associate– City of Industry

We are a fast growing indoor and outdoor kitchen appliance company located in City of Industry, that is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented customer service. We are looking for someone that is comfortable working in a fast paced work environment and has highly developed communication skills. The job requires close attention to detail, and someone who is extremely organized and can multitask.

The required skills that we are looking for in a customer service are:

· Provide superior service via-phone, e-mail and electronic tickets.

· Answering inquiries for merchants.

· Resolve products and service issues, in a timely matter.

· Follow-up with customer requests.

· Ensure customer satisfaction.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrate and apply problem-solving skills

· Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment

What you need to know before applying:

• This is a full-time position

• Salary: DOE

• Experience is helpful but not necessary. If you have strong computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and work hard, then we are happy to train you

• The start date is as soon as possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.68 per hour
