Job Overview:

We are seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our athletes and families.

Duties:

• - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• - Greet and welcome our guests into the facility
• - Partner with parents to find solutions that best meets their needs and schedules
• - Answer FAQ and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• - Work with coaches to celebrate our athletes successes and special moments

Qualifications:

• - A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
• - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• - Proficient in data entry with computer software familiarity
• - Decorate interior spaces
• - Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
