We are hiring a Customer Service Associate to support our customers through inbound calls. In this role, you will assist with queries related to insurance policies, claims, and account updates. We are looking for someone who is clear in communication, reliable, and focused on providing a good customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers, agents, and service providers
- Assist with questions related to insurance policies, claims, and updates
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system
- Update and maintain customer information using internal tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries
- Follow up on pending requests when required
- Identify common issues and share feedback for service improvement
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and polite phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organized
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of insurance or financial services is an advantage
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
