Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
• Help plan customer orders.
• Work within our Quickbooks system to enter orders, place orders with suppliers and keep data current.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional exchanges.
• Schedule shipping for customer orders.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent customer support and client services experience in call center or manufacturer environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills for efficient data management.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
