Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Process transactions including cash handling and data entry with precision
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office and other CRM tools
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
- Support client services by coordinating appointments, scheduling, and follow-up communications
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships
- Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and improve service quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professionalism
- Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills for reporting purposes
- Previous experience with outbound calling or sales is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a customer-focused setting
Pay: $22.25 - $26.79 per hour
