Customer Service Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Multilingual abilities and previous call center experience are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Process transactions including cash handling and data entry with precision
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office and other CRM tools
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings
  • Support client services by coordinating appointments, scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships
  • Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify trends and improve service quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professionalism
  • Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills for reporting purposes
  • Previous experience with outbound calling or sales is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a customer-focused setting

Pay: $22.25 - $26.79 per hour
