- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system and update client information regularly.
- Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances service delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is a plus, demonstrating your ability to engage proactively with clients.
