Customer Service Associate (Bilingual )

  • Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
  • Handle inbound calls daily, answering questions and routing calls
  • Help customers with their account information, credit and billing, taking payments and placing online orders
  • Work as a liaison between customers and company management to resolve merchandise quality concerns
  • Negotiate and collect funds from customers as needed
  • Utilize computerized system to search and access customer information in our records management systems.

Summary
As a CSR - Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer support and client services team, providing exceptional service to our customers. With core skills in English, customer service, and communication, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your premium skills in sales will allow you to upsell products and assist our customer base effectively. Utilize your relevant skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and call center operations to excel in this role and contribute to our team's success in delivering top-notch service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
