Industrial Fabric Products Inc. is a small family-owned company that manufactures / distributes tarps, covers and canvas products.
We are looking for engaging, customer-centric representatives with two (2) years of customer service experience to assist our shoppers via phone or e-mail to place and/or track their online orders. If you share our passion for exceeding customer expectations, then this is the company for you.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone or e-mail to navigate our website and place orders online
- Provides customers with accurate information about our products, pricing and availability
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Maintain accurate, timely customer account information
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- Two (2) plus years of customer service experience required
- Call center/remote customer service experience preferred
- Highly proficient computer skills including navigating online, working with Gmail and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Adept at multitasking and time management
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
