Customer Service Associate- Appliance Retail

Daily expectations of a Customer Service Associate:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty info
• Monitor customer portals and track service/delivery updates
• Process payments, order updates, and shipping documents accurately
• Collaborate closely with service, sales, and delivery teams
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with care and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and internal procedures
• **This is not a Sales Role**

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus
• Quick, accurate data entry and 10-key skills
• A team-first mindset and keen attention to detail

schedule:
Full time 40 hours with some weekends required
