Roles and Responsibilities
- Greets and takes guest orders in a friendly manner.
- Answers phones in a professional and courteous manner; takes to-go orders.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the cashier station, kolache display case, dining room and bathroom areas.
- Stocks and maintains merchandise for coffee bar, drink cooler, paper products and packaging, and kolache display.
- Maintains a balanced cash drawer throughout a shift.
- Provides exceptional guest service to each and every guest while transacting sales
- Follows opening and closing activities and procedures.
- Rings up orders in an efficient and expeditious manner-being careful not to rush guests.
- Up-sells/recommends items to guests.
- Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
- Adheres to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $13.00 per hour
