Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with receiving, stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
-Light cleaning and filing duties as needed

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong math skills
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

-Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills

This is a full time, Monday - Saturday position with 1/2 day off during the week, Saturday's until 1 p.m. are required. Benefits, including retirement, are available after a probationary period.
