Customer Service Associate / Cashier/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic cashier/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• serve according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system.
• Assist with catering services as needed, ensuring timely service during events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Experience

• Previous experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is an asset.
• Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha is advantageous but not mandatory.
