Customer Service Associate (CSA) at $14/Hr plus commission

Sales Cashiers are the face of Wash Masters and serve as the first point of contact for our guests. They are responsible for upholding the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and appearance. Sales Cashiers must be able to deliver a positive experience for every customer, including those who may be upset or frustrated.

A strong understanding of the wash menu, services, and overall wash process is required in order to effectively communicate with guests, recommend services, and confidently upsell memberships and packages.

Appearance & Dress Code:
All team members are expected to maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times. Facial piercings are not permitted. Tattoos must be appropriate for a professional environment. Hair and facial hair must be clean and well-groomed.

Required uniform includes:

• Wash Masters shirt, jacket, and hat (Included)
• Black pants or shorts (Excluded)
• Black belt (Excluded)
• Black athletic Non-slip shoes (Excluded)

Shirts must be tucked in at all times. Open-toed shoes are not permitted.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Accurately operate and manage the cash register
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and lobby area
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Promote and sell wash packages and memberships with a goal of at least a 20% conversion rate
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the property
• Support wash operations and work as a Wash Attendant when needed

Sales Cashiers play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their experience at Wash Masters.

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
