Customer Service Associate – Full Time | Corporate Office

We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Associate to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to effectively manage a variety of customer interactions across multiple platforms. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Assist clients with product or service information, and issue resolution
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on outstanding tasks, collect relevant information, and maintain effective communication with clients and contacts.
  • Manage data entry tasks efficiently within (CRM) systems and other software
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis

What Were Looking For:

  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles; prior experience in client services is preferred
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights
