Customer Service Associate – No Sales, Positive Team

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about products and services. The CSR ensures a positive customer experience by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous support.

You are the connection between the company and its customers. Your goal is to make sure customers feel heard, valued, and satisfied.
