Customer Service Associate (onsite, I-9 Islamabad)

Hakeem Easy Finance is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you're passionate about helping customers, have strong communication skills, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Assist users with queries related to loan eligibility, application status, required documents, and service-related issues.
  • Escalate complex concerns to senior support staff or relevant departments.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications.Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor social media for customer feedback and help manage the brand’s online reputation.
  • Work closely with operations and tech teams to share customer insights and suggest process improvements.
  • Follow established SOPs to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.]

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Timings: 9AM to 6PM

Salary & Benefits: PKR 40,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
