Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Assist users with queries related to loan eligibility, application status, required documents, and service-related issues.
- Escalate complex concerns to senior support staff or relevant departments.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications.Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Monitor social media for customer feedback and help manage the brand’s online reputation.
- Work closely with operations and tech teams to share customer insights and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Timings: 9AM to 6PM
Salary & Benefits: PKR 40,000/month
