Customer Service Bilingual Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Bilingual Customer Service Receptionist to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Duties

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and customer information.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean and welcoming.

Skills

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
