Full-Time | $20–$23/hr + INCENTIVES

(HAVE AN INSURANCE LICENSE? WE NEED LICENSED AGENTS TOO)

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in-person and by phone
• Match customers with the best insurance or tax services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Build strong relationships with new and returning clients
• Help with light marketing and outreach efforts
• Keep a professional, positive attitude with every interaction

• Mon–Fri 10AM–7PM | Sat 10AM–5PM

Requirements

• Must speak English & Spanish fluently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Great communication & basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation (occasional travel between stores)
• Must be available Saturdays & some holidays
• Must be able to work up to 6 days during tax season
• MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN ELK GROVE FOR FIRST FEW WEEKS
