Client Service & Sales Team Lead
from the M
eal plan industry in the UAE
. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven ability to drive sales, team performance, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate the client service team to achieve sales and retention targets.

Customer Experience:
Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.

Sales Performance:
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal initiatives to maximize client value.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the
Client Service, Kitchen, Production, Logistics, and IT teams
to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Quality Control:
Review daily delivery sheets and verify that all special client requests are accurately fulfilled.

Business Development:
Participate in events, corporate meetings, and outdoor client visits (approximately once a week) to develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Operational Efficiency:
Monitor and control costs while maintaining service quality.

Accountability:
Take personal responsibility for team performance and client outcomes.
Requirements:

Mandatory:
Previous experience in the
Meal Plan
industry in the UAE.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in sales, client servicing, and retention.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Willingness to engage in occasional fieldwork for business development.

Must be based in the UAE and able to commute or relocate as required.
