CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE – MEDICAL AESTHETIC CLINIC

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Call Center Executive to join our growing medical aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

This role is not a traditional receptionist role.

We are looking for someone who understands:

• Sales communication
• Lead conversion
• Patient follow-up
• Appointment booking
• Customer experience
• WhatsApp & social media communication

The ideal candidate must be fast, organized, confident in communication, and capable of turning leads into real appointments and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and phone calls
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
• Follow up with potential patients professionally
• Reduce lost leads and no-show appointments
• Reactivate old patients
• Support the sales and patient coordination process
• Maintain CRM and lead tracking accuracy
• Coordinate with reception, doctors, and patient coordinators
• Ensure fast response times and excellent patient experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Sales, or Medical Clinics
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English
• Experience with WhatsApp communication
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under KPI and performance targets
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and communication style
• Experience in aesthetic clinics is a strong advantage
