Customer Service Call Center Agent

Job Details

· Pay starting at $17.00 an hour.

· Scheduled Shifts are Monday through Friday, from 8am – 4:30 pm

· Seasonal employment offers paid sick time.

· Position starts as seasonal with the possibility of being made permanent in the future.

Responsibilities

· Listen to customers, understand, and meet their needs. Resolve customer issues while building rapport and creating a memorable experience.

· Utilize systems and technology to complete all service tasks.

· Maintain company and customer confidentiality.

· Appropriately escalate customer feedback and/or concerns with your management team.

· Assist with other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have previous call center experience.

· Must have good listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Must be able to communicate with a variety of people and people related issues.

· Must be able to work at a steady pace while prioritizing tasks and issues at hand.

· Must be able to perform other functions within the department.

· Must be able to read and write English fluently and have good spelling skills and write legibly.

· Must have good problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.

· Must be team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks with little or no supervision.

· Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel plus have strong email etiquette skills.

· Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications

· Punctuality and consistent work attendance
