Customer Service Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting in resolving customer concerns, providing product and service information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to customers as needed for follow-up, account updates, or customer service initiatives.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within company systems.
• Process orders, payments, account updates, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Preferred:

• Customer service, call center, retail, or related experience.
• Experience using customer management software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
