The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting in resolving customer concerns, providing product and service information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed for follow-up, account updates, or customer service initiatives.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within company systems.
- Process orders, payments, account updates, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
Preferred:
- Customer service, call center, retail, or related experience.
- Experience using customer management software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
