Bishara Law is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, Arabic- and English-speaking Customer Service / Case Manager to support our legal team in our Bayonne office. This role focuses heavily on client communication and case coordination via phone. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at juggling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of client phone calls with professionalism and care
  • Conduct client intakes and open new case files
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide timely updates
  • Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth case progress
  • Accurately enter and manage data across case management systems

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with case management software, spreadsheets, and cloud tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, phone-heavy role
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette
  • Prior experience in legal support, case management, or customer service is a plus
