Cashier / Customer Service / Yard Associate ($12 - $14 per hour PLUS TIPPS!)

Ohio Mulch is hiring Cashiers, Customer Service Associates, and Yard Workers for the upcoming season. These roles are great for anyone who enjoys helping customers, working outdoors, and learning new skills like operating a forklift or skidsteer loader. No experience required — we train.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly customer service
• Operate the POS system (training provided)
• Answer simple inbound/outbound calls
• Load mulch, soil, and stone into customer vehicles
• Keep the showroom and yard clean and organized
• Restock products and maintain displays
• Learn to operate forklifts and skid steers

What We’re Looking For

• Customer‑service‑oriented and reliable
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Retail or landscaping experience is helpful but not required

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
