Customer Service Clerk

Pay & Hours:

· Pay Range: $12-$20 per hour(based on experience)

· Schedule: Fluctuating Schedule – Full time or Part time positions available

· Hours: Must be available Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm

What You Will Be Doing:

· Working the cash registers for patients picking up prescriptions or over the counter items

· Answering phone calls to take refill requests, answer questions, or transfer to pharmacist

· Restocking shelves with daily orders of prescriptions drugs or over the counter items

· Bag and hang prescriptions that are filled and ready for pick up

· Assist with cleaning the workspace and pharmacy areas

· Perform clerk assignments request by pharmacy management

· Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Friendly attitude and solid communication skills

· Prior experience in retail or pharmacy is a plus—but not required

· Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

· Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and helping others
