Customer Service Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to assist clients with immigration services. The role involves consulting applicants, negotiating service agreements, managing client relationships, and providing administrative support throughout the process. Preferable in Freshers in Dubai with previous experience in their home country.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Conduct initial interview, consultations, and explain immigration options.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Provide timely updates and support throughout the application process.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, call center, administration, or client relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in english.
• Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially Asia and the Middle East.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office software is an advantage.
