Customer Service Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during after hours and Saturdays working Remote, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position will have a take home computer with a on call work phone to answer all calls forwarded from the office after hours.

Hours: 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday

8am- 12pm Saturday (pending on how busy possibly 4pm

Pay : This is not hourly but will be paid $25.00 per call booked during the after hour times, minimum $15.00 per hour.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing call center operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous HVAC experience or knowledge.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with office call center operations is advantageous.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in typing and using office software applications will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
