We are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to support our plumbing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high call volume environment, stays organized under pressure, and communicates clearly with customers and internal teams.

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, accurately documenting customer needs, and presenting and helping close service estimates. Strong listening, writing, and typing skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and texts throughout the day
  • Actively listen to customers and gather accurate service information
  • Present and explain plumbing service estimates clearly and professionally
  • Help move customers forward in the scheduling and approval process
  • Enter detailed, well-written notes into our system in real time
  • Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure smooth job flow
  • Stay organized while juggling multiple priorities and frequent interruptions
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience handling high call volume in a customer service or sales role
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent listening and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of 55 WPM or higher with accuracy
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, services, and next steps with customers
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Reliable attendance and professional demeanor

Preferred

  • Experience in plumbing, construction, home services, or trades
  • Call center, dispatch, or inside sales experience
  • Experience presenting or supporting service estimates
