Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary touchpoint between the company and customer, providing stellar customer service through phone calls, emails, and a customer’s portal, if required.
  • Review customer account information while on calls to identify and match the customer’s needs with the appropriate products.
  • Make outbound calls, send emails, or use the customer’s portal, if required, to current and potential clients.
  • Handling day-to-day operations quotes, order process, and calls for our customers in a timely manner, ensuring regular communication and accuracy.
  • Explaining product or service offers, and benefits in detail to assure a complete understanding by the customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing initiative-taking resolution of inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Critical thinking is required to determine what current, and new customers are requesting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective coordination and prompt response to customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, thereby maximizing customer value and generating revenue growth.
  • Assist with shipping notification emails.
  • Any other duties and/or projects as required.

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong sales skills with a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and promoting products or services effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or retail setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for efficient data management.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and outbound calling experience that builds rapport and encourages customer engagement.
  • Attention to detail in data entry tasks such as typing accurately and maintaining organized records.
