2. RESPONSIBLE FOR:

3. JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Coordinator will greet the patients of the department, asserts the clients to have their
appointments, verifies the patient’s data, ensure that the patient completes the payment procedure and
register required data and ensures that the patient completes the payment procedure and register the required
data and ensures that the patients receive their required services within specific time frame and effective
process.
4. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Greet the patients of the department and ask them if they need any help as well.
B. Confirm appointments directly through the system.
C. Register patients’ data and do any require office work.
D. Verify and update the patient’s data
Complete the payment procedure for insurance and credit of patients, check the patient’s eligibility for the
services.
F.Charge the patient for all clinic services, issue receipts for all patient’s category (Cash, Insurance and
Credit)
G Give the patient a follow up card after confirming the appointment in the system.
H. Professionally answer the phone calls and respond to the patient’s inquiries /issues /complaints.
I. Perform difficult, complex technical office work, application of technical skill and detailed knowledge of
the activities and procedure specifically to the department or unit assigned.
J. Perform other tasks and duties within the scope of the knowledge, skills, and experience required for the
job assigned by the immediate supervisor.
5. EDUCATIONAL LICENSURE:
A. College graduate with a bachelor degree or appropriate experience as determined by HR Department.
6. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A. Professional experience in dealing with client’s public relation and communication skills.
7. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
B. Computer knowledge is essential.
C. Good appearance is needed in such area of work.
D. Communicating effectively with superior co-workers and general public.
E. Must be willing and able to work within multi culture team.
F. Must be motivated to meet the team goals. Display high motivation and be self-starter.
8. PHYSICAL EFFORT REQUIRED:
A. Must be able to cope with mental, emotional and physical stress of the position.
B. Must be good general health and demonstrate emotional stability.
C. Near vision acuity required for extensive use of PC and other reference materials.
D. Ability to work in a climate-controlled air processed environment.
9. HOURS/SHIFT WORK:
A. The employee should offer 48 hours of working on duty per week.
B. Extra hours must be required.
C. Staff must be available to work one or all shifts in department, specific job assignments may require day,
evening, weekends or holiday hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
