Customer Service Coordinator

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with general questions
  • Coordinate communication between departments and customers
  • Follow up on customer requests and concerns
  • Prepare and process customer documents
  • Assist with contract preparation and electronic signatures
  • Maintain customer files and records
  • Track Certificates of Completion
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Manage company uniform inventory
  • Collect and maintain subcontractor W-9 forms
  • Collect and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
