- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with general questions
- Coordinate communication between departments and customers
- Follow up on customer requests and concerns
- Prepare and process customer documents
- Assist with contract preparation and electronic signatures
- Maintain customer files and records
- Track Certificates of Completion
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Manage company uniform inventory
- Collect and maintain subcontractor W-9 forms
- Collect and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
