Imagine Technology Group (ITG) is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support daily service operations. This role is responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching field technicians, and ensuring service requests are scheduled, tracked, and closed accurately. The Customer Service Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining efficient technician utilization and timely customer service delivery.

This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Primary Responsibilities – Dispatch Coordination

· Dispatch service requests to field technicians based on territory, availability, and priority.

· Monitor technician call loads throughout the day and rebalance assignments as needed.

· Create, move, and update service calls to support efficient scheduling.

· Communicate job details, updates, and changes to technicians in real time.

· Track service tickets to ensure timely completion and proper documentation.

· Collect and verify closing information to ensure service tickets are closed accurately.

· Respond to external servicing dealers and internal dispatch-related emails promptly.

· Provide backup coverage for dispatch operations as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities – Customer Care Support

· Serve as a point of contact for customers via phone and email when required.

· Accurately document customer information and service details in the system.

· Communicate clear expectations regarding service scheduling and next steps.

· Escalate service delays, recurring issues, or urgent concerns to management.

· Maintain professionalism during high call volume or time-sensitive situations.

Qualifications & Skills

· Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or scheduling preferred.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Clear verbal and written communication skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

· Proficiency with service management or dispatch systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
