Customer Service Coordinator (Scheduling/Dispatch & Relationship Building)
On-site | West Berlin, NJ | Full-time | $40k-$50k salary + commission based on experience and aptitude

What you’ll do: Handle inbound calls with patience, empathy and clarity; schedule and coordinate technicians, inspectors, and consultants; support billing questions; document accounts accurately; provide initial consultations and follow ups to protect customer relationships and retention.
What success looks like: Customers express genuine appreciation for your help; schedules stay organized, documentation is complete, and problems are solved calmly and confidently, even on the busiest days. Success in this role means ending the day knowing you made someone’s situation easier and earned their trust.
What you’ll bring: Customer-focused experience, confidence on the phone, comfort juggling multiple tasks/software, and the professionalism to stay steady when the call volume is high.
