Customer Service Coordinator / Service Scheduler

Bill Clark Pest Control, Inc. has proudly served Southeast Texas for over 68 years, providing trusted pest control services to our community. We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator / Service Scheduler.

This position plays a key role in supporting our service team by scheduling pest control technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring service routes run efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced office environment and demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily service routes for pest control technicians
• Communicate with customers via phone, text messaging, and email regarding appointments and service needs
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while addressing scheduling requests and questions
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in company software
• Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed
• Coordinate effectively with technicians and internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and dependable with strong work ethic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer systems
• Ability to quickly learn industry-specific software
• Professional demeanor when working with both customers and team members
• Verifiable employment references

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
