Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to be the hub of our office operations. In this role, you'll manage new incoming leads, support our project managers, and provide excellent service to our clients throughout the restoration process.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer calls and route leads to the right team members
  • Dispatch crews and update project details in our DASH system
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Handle follow-ups, collect feedback, and send review requests
  • Manage property management platforms and update job progress notes

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in office support or customer service/dispatch
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize calls and dispatch to our field team immediately
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent attitude and attendance
  • Restoration industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
