Customer Service (CSR)-Outbound

Job description:

We are urgently hiring a Customer Service (CSR)- Outbound for our growing team. Immediate joiners preferred. This role involves engaging with clients and prospects through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, and promoting our services. This position offers an opportunity to develop your client engagement skills while contributing to our company's growth and reputation. Freshers here in Dubai are preferrable.

Duties:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote services and gather feedback.

Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry into CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools.

Assist with client onboarding processes, especially explaining service features and benefits.

Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for outreach improvement.

Collaborate with team members to develop outreach strategies and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge and experience from outreach, call center, tele sales, or customer service is required.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.

Fluency in English.
