Customer Service cum Accountant
Job Description:
Customer Service :
- Manage client records, documentation, and internal database systems
- Proactively follow up with clients for compliance, licensing, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with UAE Free Zone authorities, government departments, and banks
- Handle PRO-related tasks including submissions, approvals, and document processing
- Manage email correspondence and day-to-day client communication
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings and service requests
- Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and administrative support
Accounting :
- Maintain basic bookkeeping and financial records
- Prepare invoices and support internal financial reporting
- Assist in VAT filing and Corporate Tax filing processes
- Handle financial data entry and ensure accuracy of records
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (strong written and verbal communication)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Basic knowledge of accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with PRO processes and UAE documentation is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Salary: AED 2,500 per month
