Customer Service cum Accountant

Job Description:

Customer Service :

  • Manage client records, documentation, and internal database systems
  • Proactively follow up with clients for compliance, licensing, and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with UAE Free Zone authorities, government departments, and banks
  • Handle PRO-related tasks including submissions, approvals, and document processing
  • Manage email correspondence and day-to-day client communication
  • Arrange and coordinate client meetings and service requests
  • Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and administrative support

Accounting :

  • Maintain basic bookkeeping and financial records
  • Prepare invoices and support internal financial reporting
  • Assist in VAT filing and Corporate Tax filing processes
  • Handle financial data entry and ensure accuracy of records

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (strong written and verbal communication)
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with PRO processes and UAE documentation is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Devenir Corporate Services is a UAE-based firm specializing in corporate advisory, company formation, and end-to-end administrative support services across multiple jurisdictions.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 per month
