Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring a fast, friendly, and helpful experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
· Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues transaction processing.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Previous experience in customer service or similar role is preferred
· Excellent written communication skills in English
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer and typing skills
· Must be based in Dubai or willing to work on-site
