Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable communicating with customers and service providers throughout the day.

You will be the front line of communication for our clients while also playing a key role in coordinating and dispatching jobs to our nationwide service network.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Schedule and coordinate service requests with clients and moving partners
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and timelines
• Manage customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and organized records of jobs, communications, and schedules within our CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• The ability to dispatch jobs to appropriate service providers based on location, scope, and availability (on an as needed basis)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
• Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in logistics, dispatching, or the moving industry is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $21.63 - $26.44 per hour
