Position Overview
As our Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of daily operations. You will be managing incoming customer requests, coordinating technician schedules, and helping drive revenue through strong follow-up and organization.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, quick-thinking, and confident on the phone, with the ability to keep things moving efficiently while delivering a great customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and manage inbound calls, web inquiries, and customer requests
  • Schedule service calls and sales appointments with technicians and comfort advisors
  • Coordinate daily dispatching to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Follow up on estimates and open opportunities to help close business
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and sales team throughout the day
  • Maintain accurate customer records in Housecall Pro (CRM)
  • Manage maintenance membership scheduling and follow-ups
  • Ensure every customer interaction is handled quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer service, dispatch, or call center experience (HVAC or home services a plus)
  • Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and professional on the phone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Housecall Pro preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HVAC or Home Services: 2 years (Preferred)
  • CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service/Dispatch/ Administrative: 3 years (Required)
