Position Overview
As our Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of daily operations. You will be managing incoming customer requests, coordinating technician schedules, and helping drive revenue through strong follow-up and organization.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, quick-thinking, and confident on the phone, with the ability to keep things moving efficiently while delivering a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage inbound calls, web inquiries, and customer requests
- Schedule service calls and sales appointments with technicians and comfort advisors
- Coordinate daily dispatching to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities from inbound leads
- Follow up on estimates and open opportunities to help close business
- Communicate clearly with technicians and sales team throughout the day
- Maintain accurate customer records in Housecall Pro (CRM)
- Manage maintenance membership scheduling and follow-ups
- Ensure every customer interaction is handled quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service, dispatch, or call center experience (HVAC or home services a plus)
- Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and professional on the phone
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Housecall Pro preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:
- HVAC or Home Services: 2 years (Preferred)
- CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service/Dispatch/ Administrative: 3 years (Required)
