Whiz Delivery is looking for a sharp, organized Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to join our growing delivery operations team!

We are a fast-growing Canadian logistics company known for speed, precision, and care, currently expanding our footprint across Southern Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec. If you are a calm problem-solver who loves keeping things moving smoothly, we want you to join our fully remote, international team.

If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy solving problems while communicating with people across different regions, this role could be the right fit for you. You will play a key role in assisting our delivery operations, supporting customers, and ensuring timely coordination between teams.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide delivery updates, confirm details, and address concerns.
  • Manage delivery-related inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Monitor delivery progress and follow up with internal teams or drivers as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Record updates and maintain accurate information in daily reports and internal systems.

Delivery Coordination

  • Support the dispatch team by monitoring routes and assisting with scheduling during peak periods.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure delivery schedules are maintained and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Help maintain effective communication between clients, drivers, and the operations team to ensure deliveries run efficiently.

Process Support

  • Keep checklists, reports, and dispatch records up to date.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline delivery and communication processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong English communication skill is a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent at using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
  • Available Monday to Saturday during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
  • Able to follow the Canadian work calendar and holidays, with flexibility for occasional extended hours as required.
  • Immediate availability to join.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
