Customer Service/ Dispatcher

Location: Tacoma, WA
Schedule:

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (on-call from home afterward)

• Monday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role

The Plumbing and Drain Company is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher to support our busy service team. You’ll be the link between our customers and technicians — ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, communication is seamless, and service excellence is maintained at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch plumbing and drain technicians efficiently to job sites

• Communicate clearly and professionally between customers, office, and field teams

• Manage daily schedules and handle incoming calls with urgency and care

• Update and maintain accurate dispatch and customer records

• Ensure timely follow-up on open jobs and customer requests

What We Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of the Seattle area and surrounding communities

• Positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Experience

• Experience in construction, plumbing, or home services

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software
