Job Description

AAA Movers Minneapolis is hiring a Dispatcher to help run day-to-day operations for our moving crews. This role is critical to keeping jobs on schedule, customers happy, and crews efficient. You’ll be the hub between customers, movers, and management.

This is an in-office role at our Minneapolis location.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch moving crews daily
• Answer inbound calls for movers and customers
• Enter and manage job details in SmartMoving CRM
• Adjust schedules for same-day changes and urgent requests
• Run and report daily KPIs (on-time arrivals, crew utilization, labor hours, job completion, etc.)
• Communicate with Operations and Sales teams
• Confirm job details with customers
• Ensure crews have all job details, addresses, and service notes
• Support morning huddles and daily operations

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or operations (moving industry preferred)
• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Comfortable using CRM/software (SmartMoving a plus – training provided)
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
