Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Electric Wire

Description:
Electric Wire is seeking a dynamic, sharp, and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in New Jersey. This role is vital in coordinating fast-paced electrical services across a broad area. We need someone who stays sharp under pressure, isn’t easily flustered, and maintains a calm, solution-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, especially during electrical emergencies, providing calm, clear reassurance.
• Adjust and optimize technician schedules for same-day service, ensuring efficiency across New Jersey.
• Coordinate with utility companies to secure DR numbers and stay on top of permits, from submission to inspection scheduling.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews.
• Track technician performance, sales, and material costs using Excel and dispatch software.
• Maintain a team mentality: proactive, collaborative, and easy to work with—no overly sensitive or reactive approaches.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of New Jersey geography and logistics.
• Excellent verbal communication, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatch software, and Excel.
• Highly organized, quick-thinking, and solution-focused.
• A team player with a positive attitude, able to handle situations without being overly sensitive or reactive.
