We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate communication between customers, field technicians, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your proactive approach will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding customer support and operational excellence.

Duties

• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Schedule, dispatch, and monitor service appointments for technicians using transportation management system.
• Enter data accurately into logistics system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from various systems.
• Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in data entry and typing with high accuracy.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
