Customer Service Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating daily technician routes to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and preferably has experience using ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software.

Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency requests Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on location, availability, and priority Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details and updates Monitor daily schedules and adjust as needed to maximize efficiency Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns

Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or HVAC industry preferred Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred (or similar dispatch software)

Proficient in Microsoft Word Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented (preferably bilingual if possible. )

Work Environment Office-based position Fast-paced environment with high call volume, especially during peak seasons Team-oriented atmosphere

Schedule [Monday - Friday /8:00AM to 5:00PM. with a 1 hour lunch.
